INEVIFIT Resistance Tube Set with Handles & Ankle Straps

Build a flexible home workout routine with this INEVIFIT resistance tube set. Five clip-ended latex tubes and interchangeable accessories support a range of arm, shoulder, back, leg and core exercises, as well as Pilates, yoga and stretching routines.

Five labelled resistance levels

• Pink: 5 lb, extra light.
• Yellow: 10 lb, light.
• Green: 15 lb, medium.
• Blue: 20 lb, heavy.
• Black: 25 lb, extra heavy.

These are manufacturer-labelled resistance ratings, not independently measured forces. The five labels total 75 lb; the supplier's conflicting 150 lb combined claim is not used. Actual resistance depends on how far each tube is stretched. Follow the supplied instructions for attaching and combining bands.

Set contents

• Five resistance tubes, described by the supplier as natural latex.
• Two cushioned foam handles.
• Two ankle straps.
• One door anchor.
• One door hanger.

The compact carry bag keeps the set together for home, gym or travel workouts.
