Boxing Reflex Ball with Adjustable Headband

Practise timing, focus and hand-eye coordination with this boxing reflex ball. The PU ball connects to an adjustable elastic headband by a cord, returning towards you as you tap it for solo punching practice.

Start with gentle, controlled taps and build a steady rhythm, alternating hands. Use in a clear space away from other people and breakable objects.

Product details

• PU training ball with connecting cord.
• Soft, adjustable elastic headband.
• Choose Green, Red, Yellow or Black.
• Each option includes one ball in the selected colour and one headband. Images showing several balls illustrate colour choices, not a multi-ball set.

The supplier describes the black ball as the easier beginner option; no verified difficulty ratings are supplied for the other colours.

Use with care: the ball rebounds towards the face. Start slowly, check the cord and headband before use, and stop if either is damaged. Children require adult supervision. Boxing gloves and other pictured accessories are not included.
