7-Inch Rear-View Mirror Monitor – Reversing Camera Kit Options

Add a rear-view display with this 7-inch mirror-style monitor. Choose the monitor by itself or a bundle with a reversing camera.

What each option includes

• White Mirror Monitor: mirror monitor, connection lead and remote; no rear camera.
• Monitor Camera - 6M: monitor, compact rear camera, remote and 6 m video cable.
• Monitor Camera - 10M: monitor, compact rear camera, remote and 10 m video cable.
• Wireless Version: monitor, compact rear camera, remote and wireless video transmitter/receiver. Power wiring is still required.
• Truck Cam Kit- 10M: monitor, larger bracket-mounted camera, remote and 10 m cable as shown in its bundle photo. The option name does not establish compatibility with every truck.

Display and controls

The supplier specifies a 7-inch TFT LCD display with 800 × 480 resolution, two RCA video inputs, adjustable 16:9 or 4:3 display and button/remote controls. The remote requires a CR2025 battery, listed as not included. This is a viewing monitor system; recording capability is not established.

Check before installation

Power information conflicts: the written monitor specification states DC 9–15 V and the compact camera DC 12 V, while some graphics show 12–24 V. Do not assume direct 24 V compatibility. Confirm the ratings of the exact supplied components before connection and have vehicle wiring fitted by a qualified professional.

The wireless supplier guidance recommends a camera-to-screen distance no greater than 12 ft, approximately 3.7 m, for sedan installations, not medium or large vehicles. Obstructions and interference can reduce signal performance.

Check mirror fit, camera position, cable routing and video compatibility. Automatic reverse display requires suitable trigger wiring. The supplier gives conflicting PAL/NTSC camera information, so confirm compatibility when using other equipment. Rear-view aids do not replace checking your surroundings.
