HomeProGym Stackable Resistance Band Set

Build a portable strength-training setup with the HomeProGym stackable resistance band set. Clip tubes to the handles or optional resistance bar, and combine bands as instructed to adjust resistance for different exercises at home, at the gym or while travelling.

Choose your set

• 150Lb (70Kg): five-band set, as shown in the supplier images.
• 280Lb (130Kg): seven-band set, as shown in the supplier images.
• 450Lb (205Kg): nine-band set, as shown in the supplier images.
• No Bar: choose the kit without the resistance bar.
• Bar Set: choose the kit with the detachable resistance bar.

Resistance figures are the supplier's combined set ratings, not independently measured forces or a single band's resistance. The kilogram figures in the option names are approximate supplier labels. Actual force depends on the tubes selected and how far they are stretched; the maximum set rating does not apply to every configuration.

Equipment and use

Supplier kit images show latex resistance tubes, a pair of handles, a pair of ankle straps, a door anchor, a pair of carabiners and a drawstring carry bag. Bar Set options also show two screw-together bar sections, each labelled 500 mm. Gallery images show multiple configurations; the selected option determines the kit supplied.

Use the appropriate setup for presses, rows, curls, squats and other resistance exercises. Follow the supplied instructions for band combinations, bar assembly and door anchoring. Inspect tubes, stitching, clips and anchor points before every session, and stop using damaged equipment. Contains latex; not suitable for anyone with a latex allergy.

Supafit app option

The existing Supafit App Access choices are 30 Days Pro Access and Lifetime Pro. These option labels are retained as supplied. Activation, eligibility, access terms and any subsequent charges have not been independently verified. Do not assume the 30-day option includes ongoing free Pro access.

Manufacturer app graphics remain in the gallery for reference. The supplier's separate lifetime equipment-warranty claim has not been verified and is not offered here as a confirmed benefit.
